Hi! I’m Anjali Chaudhri and I would love to help.
I provide trauma-informed therapy online to support individuals experiencing stress and adversity. Together, we’ll work to help you reconnect with your mind and body so you can find yourself and feel whole again. I aim to provide you with knowledge and skills that you can continue to apply long after our work together is done.

Psychosomatic therapy is a whole systems approach to trauma work. It explores how emotions, stress, and trauma can manifest in the body as physical symptoms and vice versa. In some cases this can eventually present as chronic illnesses. I will use traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, and creativity to help you process your experiences and begin healing.
